First of all I was able to get in there without waiting but when things were supposedly done I asked did my tires get rotated and the technician told me yes. The next day something looked weird and normal to me, I noticed the tire that I had got punctured in the sidewall and replaced was still in the same location. I know this because that particular tire does not match the other three tires. At this point I started questioning why they didn’t rotate this tire so I started investigating the other tires and noticed no fingerprints on any of the tires. At this point I’m pissed, now I’m questioning did they even do an oil change now because I had to learn how to reset my service alarm. So, I’m not satisfied and I can’t trust you guys now and I need to go somewhere else immediately to get my tires rotated again this week. Just keep in mind this was my first 10k miles, first oil change, and tire rotation since I had the car.

I chose to drive 70 miles to this VW location instead of VW Huntsville and it was worth the drive. The workers really care about their customers and go out of their way.
